Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law
We advise Clients on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law matters, including drafting necessary forms/documents to be filed with the NCLT and representing Clients in Tribunals and Courts in India.

We assist Clients in drafting, negotiating and finalising technology contracts (PaaS, SaaS, etc), JV, collaboration, assets transfer and other commercial agreements.
Intellectual Property
We advise Clients on the Trade Marks Act and the Copyright Act, including registration of works under the Trade Marks Act and the Copyright Act and representing Clients in Courts in TradeMark and Copyright matters.

Partner
Ranga has over 20 years of experience in assisting Clients with Corporate Legal matters. He was earlier heading General Corporate and Capital Market practices in leading law firms in their Bangalore offices and had also worked as in-house counsel in various top companies in India.
In Ranga & Associates, Ranga heads General Corporate and Corporate Commercial practice and has vast experience in structuring overseas investment into India, setting up different entities in India, advising Clients on Corporate Laws and Listing matters, Employment Laws, Technology Law (including Data Privacy related matters), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and Intellectual Property Laws (Trade Marks and Copyright).
Ranga appears before NCLT, NCLAT and High Court for IBC and Intellectual Property Laws related matters.
Brijesh Guru
Consultant
Brijesh has over 30 years of experience in assisting Clients with contentious work and Property Laws related matters. He was earlier heading Litigation and Property Laws practice in a leading law firm in their Bangalore office.
In Ranga & Associates, he advises Clients on Litigation and Property Laws. Brijesh has vast experience in arguing matters before the Sessions Courts, DRT, Consumer Tribunals and High Court.
